Our story
Expertise passed down from father to daughter.
PDF Continue is the result of years of expertise, passed down from father to daughter. Having managed various seasonal businesses in Quebec, Mélissa Léonard's (founder) father had to hire a large number of new employees each year. He had to develop innovative and efficient methods allowing him to quickly hire and train the workforce in each department. For many years, they had the opportunity to work together. It was by seeing the magnitude of the training needs that the idea of developing a program allowing businesses to become self-sufficient was born.
